Our service is 100% guaranteed. When the cleaning is done and if you are not present to verify everything is well cleaned, simply email us contact@cleosateam.com or call 1 (888) 408-7711 within 24 hours if you are not satisfied. We will come back and re-clean it free of charge. Please note that refunds are not offered prior to a re-clean being accepted. A re-clean will only be offered within a 3 day window from your date of service, otherwise it will be considered denied. If still, our service doesn’t meet your standards, a full refund will be provided for regular cleaning and a 50% refund for deep clean and move-out services.
