We provide cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking or upon completion of services, as specified.
- We accept various methods of payment (checks, credit card- extra fee 3.5%-, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal).
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee ($50.00).
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
A. Preparation of the Space: Please ensure that the area to be cleaned is free of personal items, including clothing, toys, and other belongings. This helps our cleaning staff efficiently clean your home or office.
B. Dishes and Kitchen Cleanliness: Customers are requested to avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink or on countertops. Please wash, load into the dishwasher, or remove any dirty dishes before our team arrives. This allows our cleaners to focus on their primary cleaning tasks without additional delays.
C. Pick Up Before Cleaning: We kindly ask that you pick up any items from floors, countertops, and other surfaces prior to our arrival. This includes clearing away clutter that may obstruct our cleaners from doing their job effectively.
D. Pets: For the safety of both your pets and our cleaning staff, all pets must be secured in a separate area away from the cleaning zones. If a pet is not secured and an incident occurs (such as biting or scratching), the pet owner will be held responsible for any medical and legal issues that may arise.
E. Additional Fees for Organizing: If our team arrives and finds that significant organizing or decluttering is required, additional fees may apply. This may include tasks such as organizing items, moving furniture, or other activities outside the scope of standard cleaning services. We recommend discussing any specific organizational needs with us prior to your appointment.
F. Access to Areas: Ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible. If our team cannot access certain rooms or areas, we cannot guarantee that those spaces will be cleaned.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cleo’s A-Team, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas and Florida in United States. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas and Florida in United States.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website.

By providing us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us related to our services. Standard messaging rates may apply. You will receive up to 4 messages per month regarding updates and service information. If you initiate contact, additional messages may be sent as part of that conversation.
